re-wild. re-soul. become.

Shaping one's own identity in a changing world

Workshop 1
  BANGALORE

This 3-day workshop will invite participants to explore the process of individuation, of following your deeper callings at the different stages of our lives. Using the process and practices of Integral Embodiment, the Jungian model of inner growth and Self realisation and working with tales and myths from around the world, we will approach the deeper meanings and dynamics of a process that will challenge and question the validity of those conventions that have been relevant in our lives so far. Living in a time with changing narratives, we cannot escape the question of who we are and who we want to be, no longer defined by existing collective ideas, but by the images coming forth from our deeper Self.

The workshop addresses individuals interested in further Self- development, in becoming who you are and who you wish to be, whether you work in the arts or in education, in settings for personal growth, healing and transformation, or simply feel a curiosity in a deeper relationship with yourself.

Participants will receive a certificate of successful participation. The workshops will give you also an insight into the low residency one-year Diploma program starting in August 2025 to become a certified Integral Embodiment Practitioner.

The workshop offers an introduction to the process and practices of Integral Embodiment, a holistic life/art practice conceived by Thomas Prattki, internationally renowned theatre pedagogue; initiatic therapy practitioner and life/art mentor, who links in his work the pedagogy and philosophy of the theatre reformer Jacques Lecoq with the Jungian approach to personal growth and the initiatic practices of Karlfried Graf Dürckheim and Maria Hippius.

Integral Embodiment invites you to the deeply creative, unpredictable and transformative adventure of awakening. It aims to empower you to fully embody your creative potentials and to experience the flow of your deep intuition, imagination, eros, soul and spirit, through use of the expressive, contemplative and healing arts. Engaging with this process is an invitation to re-wild, re-soul and transform, to find and fully embody deeper meaning and purpose in one’s life. The process of Integral Embodiment relates in a more poetic, metaphorical language to the mythological motif of the “Night Sea Journey”, a process of deep transformation that requires a descent into the shadow lands of or personal and collective soul in search of secret gardens and buried treasures that have been long waiting to be (re-)discovered.
